That’s right; your favourite purple vegetable is heading to Fan Expo 2009!
Out of all the events that we have planned in the near future, this is the one that I am most excited about… and it starts tomorrow!!
This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Eggplante will be bringing you coverage from Fan Expo 2009, home to Canada’s largest gaming expo, not to mention comics, sci-fi, horror, and anime all wrapped into one tiny little package known as the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Alright, so it’s not so tiny; they’re expecting thousands of people, and why wouldn’t they? On the roster of celebrity appearances is none other than Leonard Nimoy (none other than Mr. Spock himself), Linda Hamilton (The Terminator), Billy Dee Williams (that’s Lando Calrissian, baby!), and of course, my friend Victor Lucas of the Electric Playground!
I can’t wait to get down there tomorrow to meet everyone, and, just as I did at E3, I’m heading straight to the G4 booth to meet the folks again, and then over to the autograph table to hopefully meet some of the biggest actors in some of the most popular films and shows of all time.
