The LEGO Group recently unveiled and released a model from The Simpsons to great fanfare and much success. Fans have been clamouring for more in the series, and LEGO has responded with over a dozen minifigures of everyone’s favourite Simpsons characters.
For those who couldn’t spend over $200 on a LEGO set, they now have the chance to spend $4 at a time for each of 16 minifigures from the Simpsons universe.
The complete roster of characters includes the entire Simpsons clan (including grandpa), Ralph Wiggum, Milhouse, Nelson, Itchy, Scratchy, Ned Flanders, Mr. Burns, Krusty the Clown, Chief Wiggum, and Apu Nahasapeemapetilon.
Each minifig will be blind-bagged, but thanks to the odd shapes of some characters and their accessories, it should be relatively easy to figure out which one is Marge Simpson and which is Itchy or Scratchy.
The minifigs will be hitting retailers in May, right as the special LEGO-themed episode of The Simpsons airs on May 4th.
