de Blob will paint the Nintendo Switch vibrant colours later this month

As promised, Blue Tongue Entertainment’s de Blob is on its way to Nintendo Switch. The former Wii exclusive isn’t far off either, as it’s been confirmed that the relaxing, colour-focused platformer will hit the portable/home console device on June 26th.

Originally released almost ten years ago to the date, de Blob is a unique game for all ages. Featuring a lengthy but relaxing and relatively easy campaign, it tasks players with painting a world that has been stripped of its colour by an evil organization called INKT. Enemies, ink pools and water all stand in their way, threatening both damage and the loss of colour.

We previously reviewed de Blob, back when it was remastered for Xbox One and PS4, which occurred after it had made its way to PC. You can read that review here.
