The wordplay has likely been done before, but never before has it been featured in a trailer for an official Major League Baseball video game. That is, equating Bartolo Colon’s name to the title of a fictional men’s cologne called Bartolo Colon Cologne.
Above is the basis for a quirky teaser trailer that aims to remind people about MLB: The Show 19. It isn’t just about cologne, though, as it also features short gameplay snippets that show Colon in each of the many different MLB uniforms he’s worn over his lengthy career.
