After reading a lot of online posts, watching videos and seeing all of the backlash about cartoon skins, Activision has released a community update. It pertains to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, of course.
Following an internal review and discussions, it has been decided that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will not allow skins to carry forward from Black Ops 6.
