Although it was revealed in 2022, and teased back then, we hadn’t heard or seen much of anything from Silent Hill: Townfall. That changed today, though, as the game received its first true trailer.
This trailer picks up where the previous teaser left off, and features a crackling radio on a desk. A Black man named Simon comes to it, after hearing a woman’s voice on the other end, and it seems like he has some sort of IV drip. She tells him that they can’t stay in the room forever, and that he needs to come back.
Fast-forward and Simon awakens in a foggy town, which seems to be called St. Amelia, and shows signs of unrest. He then hears her again, and she tells him that he “…did what he did.”
This first look also gives us an idea of how the combat will be handled. It’ll be first-person. Simon will use his radio to find enemies, and can fight them off with a plank of wood, and eventually even a pistol.
Stay tuned for more regarding Silent Hill: Townfall.
