The next new IP from developer Rebellion (Atomfall, Sniper Elite, Zombie Army) was revealed today during Xbox’s Partner Preview. They call it Alien Deathstorm.
“Alien Deathstorm is a brand new, raw, visceral first-person action horror game that takes place on a remote off-world colony that is being devastated by a cataclysmic storm and alien creatures.”
In Alien Deathstorm players take control of the Combat Engineer; a highly-trained first responder who’s been dispatched to a remote, off-world, colony. Contact has been lost, and it’s your job to land before the rescue team, in order to see what has ravaged the colony.
Upon landing, you’ll discover that a Deathstorm is ravaging the area, and will have to deal with its apocalyptic conditions. All the while, an alien threat will also make itself known.
Alien Deathstorm is coming to Xbox Series, PlayStation 5 and Steam for PC in 2027. It will be a day one Game Pass title.
