Earlier today, Microsoft held an online showcase featuring announcements regarding, and new looks at, games from their development partners. They called it the Xbox Partner Preview.
We have already shared a couple of the announcements, but here’s a recap of the rest in case you missed it.
- Artificial Detective is a new IP set in a stylish, post-apocalyptic world. It stars a wise-cracking robot detective, who finds that it must solve the case and save humanity with the help of one surviving human child. (2027, Xbox Series, PC, Cloud, Play Anywhere)
- Ascend to Zero is an action-roguelike where time is your ultimate weapon. You can manipulate it to your advantage. (July 13; Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Xbox Play Anywhere)
- Bluey’s Happy Snaps lets kids explore environments from the show, and take pictures using dad’s special camera. (fall; Xbox One, Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Play Anywhere, Game Pass)
- Dispatch, the episodic superhero game, is coming to Xbox this summer. (Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Play Anywhere)
- The Eternal Life of Goldman is a whimsical platformer full of hand drawn environments. As Goldman, you’ll explore a world inspired by myth and fairytales, as you attempt to kill a mysterious creature known as The Deity. You’ll use a cane and a unique host of abilities. - We got a new look at The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, the game based on the popular series of books. It’s coming in 2027, but a beta will start on April 22nd. This is a third-person action RPG. (Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Play Anywhere, GamePass)
- Forever Ago: a narrative adventure where you explore a man’s memories. It was re-announced. (2026. Xbox Series, PC, Play Anywhere, Cloud, GamePass)
- Frog Sqwad is a slapstick puzzle platformef for up to 8 players. (June 2026, for Xbox Series, PC, Cloud, Play Anywhere and GamePass)
- Grave Seasons is a farming simulator with a dark twist, and it’s coming out on August 14, 2026. (Xbox Series, PC, Play Anywhere, Cloud and GamePass)
- Hades II is coming to Xbox on April 14th, and will be available through GamePass. (Xbox Series, PC, Play Anywhere, Cloud, GamePass)
- Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish is a new first-person game set in the World of Darkness universe. (Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Play Anywhere in Summer 2027)
- Moosa: Dirty Fate is an action game set in Feudal Korea. (2027, for Xbox Series, PC, Cloud, Play Anywhere and GamePass)
- S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will receive its Cost of Hope expansion this summer. It will take you to new areas, and let you take part in the conflict between two iconic factions: Duty and Freedom. It offers up to 20 hours of gameplay.
- Stranger Than Heaven is the next game from RGG, and it takes place during five different time periods and in five unique cities.
- Super Meat Boy 3D is releasing on March 31st. (Xbox Series, PC, Play Anywhere, Cloud, GamePass)
- Vaunted is a tactical RPG where turn-based planning is combined with real-time action. (Xbox on PC this year)
- Wuthering Waves is an anime inspired, story-rich, action RPG. (Xbox Series, Cloud, PC, Play Anywhere, and GamePass this July)
