The lost Shantae game is no longer that way, now that Wayforward has released Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution. It’s now available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. At least, it is digitally, for $24.99 USD or $34.99 for the Deluxe Edition. Preorders for a physical edition, through Limited Run Games, are open though.
