A new hockey game is coming to PC, and it’s called Breakaway Hockey League. Unfortunately, it has not been confirmed for a console release.
Announced during today’s Future Games Show at Germany’s gamescom, Breakaway Hockey League is going to be developed with the community’s involvement. It’s goal is to combine the skill and teamwork of modern multiplayer games with the fast pace and skill of the best sport out there. Players take direct control of a single skater across intense five-minute matches, where every stride, deke, hit, pass and shot is driven by player input.
