Rockstar isn’t like most studios, because it doesn’t release many trailers for its games. Thus, when one does hit the Internet, it’s usually a special occasion that gamers both look forward to and celebrate. This is especially true with Red Dead Redemption 2, 2018’s potential Game of the Year winner, which recently received its first gameplay trailer.
This first real look at how the title plays truly is a sight for the eyes. Not only is it absolutely stunning in action, Red Dead Redemption 2 looks to expand upon its predecessors in some amazing ways. Herein, you’ll get a look at an improved Deadeye system, more advanced combat (with both fists and guns), intimidation tactics, hunting and more. Hell, there’s even a bit of fishing at the end. That said, a good portion of this trailer is about main character Arthur, his relationship with his fellow gang members and the ways in which his horse can grow to trust him.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released this October, and we frankly cannot wait for it.
