Using gamescom to its advantage, Team17 has proudly announced that it will be releasing its one hundredth video game on September 4th. The game in question is the side-scrolling platform adventure experience, Planet Alpha.
“Prepare to discover a mysterious, alien world on September 4th as you awake on a strange alien world. Injured and alone, you must venture across this foreign land, navigating beautiful, yet dangerous terrain as you try to stay alive,” exclaims Team17’s promo team.
Planet Alpha is headed to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Steam. Those who pre-order it on the latter will receive a free upgrade to the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition, which comes with a digital artbook, a free soundtrack and a 10% discount.
