Activision announces the Call of Duty Companion App for Android and iOS

Activision wants you to take Call of Duty with you, and has gone to the effort of creating a Call of Duty Companion App for just that purpose. Said app, which was just announced today, is now available across both iOS and Android.

Here’s what they had to say about the app, through press release means:

We wanted to let your readers know about the Call of Duty Companion App, now available on iOS and Android devices, allowing them to take their squad on the go, keep loadouts at the tips of their fingers and to get personalized recaps, briefs and gameplay tips based on their play. Additionally, players can compete for squad rewards, receive personalized intel, and be the first to learn about Call of Duty news – all from their mobile device!
