Earlier today, Microsoft revealed the four games that those with active Xbox Live subscriptions will receive next month. Thus, we can now tell you the titles that will make up May 2019’s Games With Gold offerings list.
Unfortunately, while it’s a diverse and eclectic set, nothing about next month’s set will set the world on fire.
The colourful and middling party game, Marooners, will kick things off on the first of May. At the same time, Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon will be made free to download on the Xbox 360/backwards compatibility side of things. Then, at the month’s half-way point, they’ll be joined or replaced by The Golf Club 2 Featuring PGA Tour, and Xbox Live Arcade’s superhero-inspired Comic Jumper.

Needless to say, this May is set to be an eclectic but middling month for Xbox Live’s Games With Gold program.
