Fans of NieR will have something to potentially look forward to, after today’s Opening Night Live reveal of a new IP called Phantom Hellcat. Referred to as “a dynamic, perspective changing hack-and-slash action adventure game, it’s targeting consoles and PC.
When a devastating evil is freed from a cursed theater, rebellious young woman Jolene is the last line of defense. Jump, dash, and slash, through twisted theatrical plays inspired by pop culture. Obtain mysterious character masks to strengthen Jolene and learn new abilities in her starring role. Finesse precise platforming controls and experience shifts between 3D to 2D, inspired by the likes of the NieR series, throughout each environment.
Phantom Hellcat is in development through All In! Games and its internal studio, Ironbird Creations.
