The rumours surrounding a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake turned out to be truthful. The project was officially revealed today, and was one of the highlights of Sony’s PlayStation Showcase presentation. However, this new version of the 2004 classic won’t be called the same thing when it returns on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, as they’re now calling it, debuted with a beautiful announcement trailer. Featuring different types of insects, animals and other jungle-based creatures vying for dominance, it concluded with a look at a revamped Naked Snake emerging from a bog.
We aren’t sure when Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will begin its updated mission, but will let you know when we find out.
