Microsoft surprises Game Pass users with ‘free’ access to classic games

Earlier today, Microsoft surprised us by announcing that those who subscribe to Game Pass will have access to some of gaming’s oldest classics. This includes a favourite known as River Raid, and its sequel, both of which are often absent from Atari collections.

Xbox Retro Classics, as it’s called, features more than 50 old Activision games, but will apparently add more later. The list includes:
