The rumours were correct: another Battlefield game is on the horizon, and it was just announced today.
Revealed through a CG trailer, the series’ next iteration — which is aptly and succinctly titled Battlefield 6 — is said to feature a modern day setting.
An October 10th release date was accidentally leaked by EA through legal documents. It’s also been said that preorders are expected to open on July 31st. Electronic Arts is also teasing a live gameplay stream for that day.
