Mcroids has released a new adventure game starring the famous heroes, Asterix & Obelix. It’s available today, for PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
Entitled Asterix & Obelix: Mission Babylon, it’s described as being “a brand new, colourful, adventure.” The two protagonists are sent east, to the Parthian Empire, where they must do battle with Caesar’s ambition. This means saving a king who’s been poisoned by an evil wizard, of course.
Mission Babylon features two player local co-op, across four distinct worlds, and has players platforming and combating their way to gaining the necessary ingredients for an antidote. Along the way, players will engage in “dynamic combat and epic boss fights,” explore repayable levels and find secrets. There are over 20 stages, in total.
