Today marks the release date of Polychroma Games’ narrative game, Until Then, for Xbox Series X/S. Described as being an “acclaimed visual novel,” it previously released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Switch.
Set in a beautifully stylized pixel-art world, Until Then follows Mark Borja, a high school student trying to make sense of daily life such as school, friendships, piano lessons, and social media while confronting a creeping sense that something isn’t quite right. As strange events begin to ripple through his reality, Mark finds himself on the edge of a life-changing mystery.
Players will explore an immersive, narrative-rich world filled with memorable characters, clever mini-games, and interactive storytelling. With a dynamic soundtrack and gripping, emotional storyline, Until Then challenges players to uncover the truth hidden beneath the surface, before time runs out.
The game will continue with new Afterimage DLC, which will be released later this year.
