Focus Entertainment revealed a new game at gamescom, and it’s described as being “a new ambitious combat platformer.” They call it Elta: Defy All Gods.
“Elta: Defy All Gods is a science-fantasy action-platformer, blending free-form melee combat, fluid platforming and sci-fi exploration. Play as Victus, an elite warrior monk seeking their lost god, Elta, in the hopes of finding a path forward for their civilization. Restoring Elta’s former power might be the key to a new, brighter future.
With each new challenge, Victus and Elta will become stronger, unlocking new martial art techniques and devastating magic abilities. Each corrupted world they explore is sprawling and filled with hidden secrets, requiring mastery of an evolving traversal toolkit to reach the furthest places. Mastering both explosive combat and agile platforming is crucial to becoming a true divine champion.“
Expect this one in early 2027, for PC, XBOX Series and PlayStation 5. A free demo will be available on October 1st.
