We’re here at the Galen Center about to begin Microsoft’s conference. We’re hoping its packed full of games, and a few retractions about always-on “features” and their (lack of) open second-hand game support, but it doesn’t look like that’ll happen. Either way, this is the official kickoff of E3 2013, and it will be a day that makes some history regardless of what happens.
