Nintendo’s upcoming Super Mario Run for iPhone and iPad now has a release date and price tag. The game will launch on December 15th and be free to try, with a single in-app purchase for $9.99 USD to fully unlock the game.
Nintendo released a video highlighting some of the game’s content and focus. The title has menus that look very much like Nintendo’s traditional Mario and Mario Kart interfaces, which is to be expected. There are also modes such as Tour and Rally, though it is unclear what the unique gameplay mechanics are in each one.
