A new, narrated Shadow of the Tomb Raider walkthrough has emerged, giving us our first glimpse at the series’ largest ever hub. That is, the lost city of Paititi, where Lara will come across a civilization that has been untouched by the modern world.
In Paititi, side quests, bartering and dialogue options will be made available to players, including the inhabitants’ native tongue, which can be listened to for added immersion. Lara will be able to talk to, help and work with the people there, as she undergoes her mission and completes her quest.
Other things shown within this video include more advanced tombs, an increased breath meter that allows the iconic hero to swim longer, and a new spelunking rope that adds a new way to explore sunken caverns and tombs.
To say that Shadow of the Tomb Raider looks amazing would be an understatement. The game is gorgeous, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it this September.
