Wolfenstein: Youngblood gets a summertime release date, and a new gameplay trailer

If you’ve been waiting to find out when you’ll be able to pick up and play Wolfenstein: Youngblood, you’re in luck. Through press release means, Bethesda has announced that the all-new, co-op enabled Wolfenstein adventure will be released this summer. July 26th, to be exact.

That’s not all we were told, as the publisher also announced Youngblood‘s Deluxe Edition. Through it, fans of the series will receive both a cyborg skin pack and a buddy pass. What is a buddy pass? Well, it’s a way in which one can play with a friend who doesn’t own the game. All you need to do is give someone your unique code, and they’ll be able to download and play through Youngblood with you, without having to buy it. Of course, this is limited to just one person at a time, and the game will prompt the other player to purchase it if they’d like.

Lastly, here’s a new gameplay trailer, which features BJ’s two playable daughters, and provides a bit of a look at the new 1980s Paris setting.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is in development for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Switch.
