After announcing that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare had the series’ most successful beta yet, Activision debuted a brand new trailer for the game. However, instead of focusing on multiplayer — since that’s what the beta was all about — this particular video is a full on campaign trailer. A story trailer to be exact.
Full of very impressive cutscene/story footage, this new look at the rebooted Modern Warfare of 2019 does a great job of making one want to find out more. It also makes this particular writer happy, because Black Ops 4‘s lack of a campaign was quite disappointing.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will return in rebooted form, starting on October 25th.
