During today’s Capcom Showcase, the Japanese gaming giant revealed a lot of new content for Resident Evil: Village.
First up are three new playable characters for the game’s Mercenaries mode, including Chris Redfield and Karl Heisenberg. The most noteworthy addition, though, is Lady Dimitrescu herself.
Next is Village’s ‘Shadows of Rose’ story expansion DLC. This third-person add-on will star Ethan Winters’ daughter, Rose, and will be a sequel of sorts. Through it, players will see Rose “consciousness of the Megamycete,” somewhere where “time and space are warped beyond recognition.”
This will all be part of Resident Evil: Village’s Gold Edition update, as well as its Winters Expansion. Expect to see and play it all on October 28th.
