A new era of Mortal Kombat is on the horizon, thanks to the official reveal of Mortal Kombat 1.
The next instalment in NetherRealm’s iconic and long-running fighting game series will feature a reborn Mortal Kombat tournament thanks to Liu Kang. Through it, players will experience a new fighting system, updated game modes and more bloody fatalities. NetherRealm’s story mode will return, and will offer new twists, rivalries and more. This includes Kameo fighters, who can provide an assist.
Mortal Kombat 1 is expected to begin its fight on September 19th. It’s in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Preorders will open soon.
