The long-running, fantasy-based and free-to-play MMO, Albion Online, is now available on console. Well, to be specific: it’s now playable on Xbox Series X/S.
This marks Albion Online’s first foray into the console space, but it comes with crossplay between Xbox, Mobile and PC. Players can use and progress with the same characters across each platform.

The game has been fully optimised for Xbox Series X|S, with UI and navigation systems specifically designed to ensure smooth, quick access to all menus and systems. Controller support has been updated and improved to ensure that gameplay remains responsive and competitive, while being easy to pick up for new players. These upgrades are now available across all platforms so players will have the same controller experience wherever they play.
For players with existing Albion Online accounts, these can be linked on Xbox to continue progress, and both new and existing players who link their account with Xbox Game Pass can unlock exclusive rewards. These include a vanity bundle and three days Premium, which offers benefits and bonuses for players to improve efficiency of in-game activities, and the ability to claim extra rewards.
