In development by a team made up of some ex-Call of Duty developers, a newly revealed CrossFire game is in the works. Announced today at Summer Games Fest, it’s said to have the backing of SmileGate.
The key point that was mentioned is how this CrossFire will feature dynamic cover, which “fundamentally changes your relationship with the environment, and becomes an active skill you need to master.”
Although CrossFire —- released in 2007 —- was a tactical online shooter, this one (from That’s No Moon) is said to be a narrative driven, single player experience.
