It was less than six months ago that we announced Survivor: Caramoan would be the next stop on the journey of Jeff Probst and the castaways.
Well, we’ve come full circle as Survivor: Caramoan is just about complete, and this Sunday is the two-hour finale and hour-long reunion show on CBS and Global.
This week’s episode was quite a heartbreaker as the person voted off (no spoilers here) seemed to be truly honest and genuine with the players that gave her the boot. There was a bizarre air of sorrow over tribal council that evening, and it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out in the reunion show and at final tribal council where one person will be getting the million dollar prize.
Survivor: Caramoan has quickly become one of our favourite seasons of the show ever. We’d absolutely love to see Russell play again, though it couldn’t hurt to have some fresh faces with a return to series classics like no tribe switches or hidden immunity idols to shake up the game. We could all do with just a good ol’ season of Sruvivor basics.
