The leaks and rumours were true. Borderlands is, in fact, coming to modern consoles, and will do so in an updated form.
During its PAX East presentation, Gearbox announced that this new version of the co-operative loot shooter will make its way to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on April 3rd. When it does, it will be known as Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition.
Through this Game of the Year Edition, those of us who love the series can look forward to new weapons, visual upgrades, character heads, gold chests and keys, plus all four of the game’s DLC add-ons.
