While there is only a small amount of information available, naturally, Nintendo shocked everyone by revealing that a sequel to Breath of the Wild is in the works on Switch.
A teaser trailer was revealed showing a darker version of Hyrule from the original game, with what appeared to be Hyrule Castle rising up from the ground below it.
Zelda also appears to be a companion in the game, potentially hinting at her being a playable character or opening the possibility for co-op gameplay.
Will this mean an entirely new world to explore, or will it be built on the Breath of the Wild map?
So many more details are set to come in the next months and years.
